Bachelor in Optometry Degree Course

Duration of Course

3 Years (academic years 6 Semesters) + 1 Year of internship.

Number of Seats

Only 20 seats are available.

• Course Commences in the first week of August 2008.
• Detailed  prospectus can be obtained for Rs. 400/- paid by cash or Demand Draft in favour of Shri Ganapati   Netralaya, College of Optometry, Jalna.

Admission Eligibility

• Minimum age of 17 years completed on 31st December of year of admission.
• Students Should complete standard XII Science with minimum 50% marks in    Physics, Chemistry, Biology or  Mathematics and minimum 50% in English.
• Entrance examination will be conducted in July. Admission will be strictly on merit and rights for admissions will be reserved with the committee.

Admission Eligibility to the B.Optom program for Holder of Diploma in Optometry

Those, who have completed a  Diploma in Optometry from a reputed institution & work experience, are eligible to seek admission on lateral entry basis.
