1. Involved in teaching DNB students & conducting 6 monthly appraisals for DNB students as a senior resident during 2007-08 in Shri Ganapati Netralaya, Jalna (a DNB training Institute since 2001).
2. Worked as Academic in charge since 2008 to December 2013. Involved in formatting the syllabus for Retina fellowship & developing the curriculum for DNB students at Shri Ganapati Netralaya, Jalna.
3. Also involved in 3 yearly DNB accreditation with the National board of examinations, New Delhi.
4. Conducted 2 day CME for postgraduate students “Investigations in Ophthalmology” in December 2011.
5. Involved in training 6 fellows in Vitreo-retina at Shri Ganapati Netralaya, Jalna.
